Wouldn't it be wonderful if, say..... a percentage, half or more!, could go into a "trust" for child support payments for a certain period of time so that you KNOW you're getting it!

I'm glad that things are lookin' up!

Did he respond to your letter yet?

Did he respond? Hmmm, NOPE. lol Thats why i put in there, "if i dont hear otherwise, I will assume you are in agreement".

I also filled out a montly calendar with all his visitation days in red, & any of the shift i work that he can have her, in yellow. With a request that if he wants to take her those extra days, i just need to know the fri b4 so i can book a sitter or not, for when i work. Unfortunatly, my work schedule changes EVERY week. & he couldnt figure out when i was working when he LIVED with me ... this could all be pretty confusing.

So he got the letter Tuesday, & his visiation day was Wed. We never heard from him (of course Ave didnt know). Then on Fri am, out of the blue, he called early Am & said "Is Averey there?" He got her on the phone & she was all excited & said "hold on, lemme ask Mommy". She said "Can Daddy pick me up from school today & i can sleep at his house?"

"Yes, Ave, we've always shared you!" (isn't this something that parents/grandparents just *do*, married, divorced, whatever???)

>>>Be sure you make a note that he requested that, though... so he can't whine later when he does get that attorney bill... and being your notes... "Dear Attorney, At Mike's request, I'm sending all correspondance between us about parenting to you." I'd imagine that the attorney will get sick and tirec of getting weekly calendars, huh?.... <<<

I like this language, lol, very good advice. I think M's attorney is a friend and he isn't being billed for everything, but it's true that they won't always have attorney's around and M is showing he can't co-parent once again.
