Always behind on child support payments

He doesn't even have to pay me that much each month for our son (only $160.00), but it means alot to me as I put it into my son's college account. I'm tired of his father being late all the time. Is there anything I can do without having to call the attorney every time? I don't feel I should have to pay attorneys' fees to remind him of his obligation. He holds an electrical license in our state -- can I have his license in jeopardy for failure to pay child support on a regular basis? Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks. Belinda

You can take your support order and file with your state's office of child support enforcement.

Thanks for the great info! I really appreciate it. I am not going to put myself in a position where I have to beg him for the money.
