I haven't been through similar, BUT I don't think there's any way he could do this unless your bf has some kind of criminal record. There is no reason for it, and a judge could easily see that.

I have only heard of cohabitation limits, meaning you can't play house with your boyfriend, but if you were to be married that would exclude this rule.

We are divorced and this is not in our divorce agreement.

Hi Jenn,


These are the threats of an angry, controlling man, not those of a good father.


A couple of suggestions:


1)Don't reply to his emails. File them away in a folder and keep hard copies for future reference.


2)Don't try to reason with him or justify your actions. He's not capable of being reasonable and he's not that concerned about your DD's care. He's just trying to intimidate you.


3)Limit what information you do share with him, especially about your social life.
