Anyone use a mediator

Hi.

I was just wondering if anyone here used a mediator....

Also, does anyone have a checklist of things to discuss?

We own a house together and have two kids....

My proposal would be for him to buy me out, because I wouldn't be able to afford the house and don't want him to pay mad amounts of support if he can't live here, besides, I can't do the maintenance upkeep on it....I just want to move to a nice apt. with groundskeepers and someone else can worry about maintenance and repairs......

I would like shared custody & living arrangements....

We've briefly discussed this issue as of last night and I just don't know where to start....

Thanks...

The mediator is the way to go if you can both agree on what you want. The mediator will help you and give you ideas regarding childcare issues and who gets what.
