Cell Phone Call History

Hello

I am wondering if anyone who has gone/is going through a divorce has thought of a way to not have cell phone calls revealed. I believe if a court document is made to the cell phone company then your call history has to be revealed. At what point can someone request this information via a court order?

Is there anything I can do ahead of time to make this history obsolete??

OK, unless the other party has their hands on copies of your cel phone bills, (and I am assuming they don't) you have to go through a lot of time and expense to subpeona someone's records - phone, cel, e-mail, etc. Usually, it's rarely worth it to go through the process of finding fault in a divorce. But certainly check with an attorney.

I'm with Christine.... most times the courts now don't care if someone is at fault... and it's rarely to much advantage to prove that someone is at fault.... so most people jsust don't wast the time and effort to prove it.
