Changing Childcare providers

Hi all,

Right now my son's sitter is 45 minutes from our home, in the opposite direction of my work. I can't get my ex to agree to switch (which also means he pays 50%) even though we only live a mile form one another and he has to drive out there 2-3 times a week to get him. What can I do to make this change without going back to court? I have a wonderful facility picked out for about $20 more per week. I know it's not about the money--it's about control, but I just don't know what to do!!

Thanks!

Molly

What are his objections to changing? How much have you discussed it with him? What does he say?

I'm wondering.... first of all, what is the custody wording (ie: who is the ultimate decision maker?
