cheating? does it matter now?

Ok, I'm not sure if I'm in denial or if I don't want to believe it or does it even matter any more...
I've been thinking about the timeline of my divorce and there are some 'coincidences' but I'm not sure if I'm reading into the situation.

The answer is, "It depends."
In some jurisdictions an affair can impact the settlement you achieve. In others, the court could care less. Talk to your lawyer with your suspicions, and find out which area you live in.
If the lawyer thinks it's relevant, then maybe start looking for some concrete proof. An option for you is to talk to her husband and let him know your suspicions and what you've seen. Maybe he's got a similar inkling.
But definitely talk to your lawyer. Even if there aren't legal ramifications in court, if you could prove it or find enough evidence to make it iffy, you may be able to use it as a negotiating tactic to get yourself a better settlement.
Ya, I know. I don't see how they could be having an affair either but he's been out there twice that I know of. The first time he stayed with our male friend, or so he said. The second time he was out there to coach her in the transplant games, so I am not sure if her husband was with her or what. There was recently a money transaction for Last Minute Getaways, but it came thru around the sme time he was already on the east coast. Whatever I guess. Not my problem and none of my business anymore!!
Ironic, but the girl and our other friend live in the Boston area too.
