I think that he is implying that if your EX was doing every single thing that the court has already ordered him to do, the RO would probably resolve itself without them having to ask you to consider modifying it.


In other words..... you're asking US to help you, but what are YOU doing to show us that you're serious?


While he's behaving somewhat better than he was, he's still not doing flips to make sure that he's fulfilling the court orders that were put in place as a result of HIS actions.


Basically, your attorney is saying that you're willing to work with him, but that you do still have the upper hand.


You want to try to get things resolved while he's being cooperative, but you can't do that and risk that he'll turn back into Mr. Monster once he gets what he wants.
