I would wear something business like. To me, it says you are responsible and are taking this seriously. Last time I went to court, I wore a skirt, blouse, and a matching blazer. I looked like I meant business...and I did. You also want to make sure you are comfortable because you never know how long you are going to be there.

I just know that judges like it when you are dressed appropriately and not like you just got out of bed or going to the bar. No jeans and T-shirts, no low cut shirts, no short skirts. Think "Law and Order".

I am a lawyer & it amazes me what some people come to court dressed like.
