For those of you with children, what kinds of custody arrangements have you made? I'm particularly interested in hearing about joint custody and how weeks/weekends/holidays are being split/negotiated. Also, how old are your children? I know that custody arrangements may differ based on the age of the child.

When I got div, the kids were 7 & 1.

Mine were 9 and 12 when I left. Our arrangement is very detailed, down to the pick up times on holidays.

6 year old stepdaughter. We usually get her every friday night and take her back sunday afternoon. Holidays are generally played by ear right now. She wakes up at her mom's for christmas, and then comes here that afternoon and stays a week. Thanksgiving this past year, we had her for the day. She woke up here for easter.
