In my Divorce Decree it states(concerning children education)that the ex has to pay 57% of the tuition.I'm still trying to get from him.But I guess my question really is.Why after asking the ex to stop child support and emancipate our Daughter (she is 21 out of state and working)nothing has been done about this yet,but as time goes on I'm going to have to pay him thousands of Dollars.I should say he went to court saying that he over paid in alimony 1700.00 he did but after my daughters tuition which I paid it comes out to HIM OWING ME!say about 1698.00 he refuses to pay and the judge said to him thats not alot of money. Its not worth going to trail over but the Ex didn't care so like I said by the time August(trail date) I'm going to have to pay him cause he still is paying child support. Why are the courts allowing this to continue!
