This attroney was wonderful. She gave me a lot of hope that we can end this easily and without conflict. She said in the end it is in my s2bx's best interest to settle with me without his own attorney. She figured from one of his check stubs that he would be ordered to pay close to $1350 in child support. She also said that in the state of texas there is not much difference at all in soul or joint custody. The child support and visitation would be the same regardless. I would be the childrens primary consorvetor regardless. She said that as soon as I can get her a down payment she can start the filing and get the 60 day waiting period under way. I will even be able to move and she can take care of everything after the papers are signed by both of us without me. She also said that I can take every last peeny of the income tax return and he cannot do a thing about it. Woohoo! So, I'm off to call my dad and ask to borrow the money. That in it's self is a big deal. I hate the man cuz he did this very thing to my mom, sister and I17 years ago.

In the end I do now have peace about the whole thing.
