When I first found of my STBX's infidelity I thought, "well, at least on the divorce papers I can divorce him on the grounds of infidelity". Not so. California was the first state to adopt the "no fault" divorce law. Either "irreconcilable differences" or "incurable insanity", which yes, in my book he's insane, but I guess I would have to prove it and it would be a long court battle.... :)
Anyway, I saw someone else's post saying that they filed on the grounds of infidelity and emotional abuse. I guess it doesn't really matter.....but it would be nice if I could have in writing on a legal document that he's a piece of crap. Maybe I could make a legal document myself on letterhead and send it to him "FROM THE LAW OFFICES OF (MY NAME)"
YOU ARE A CHEATING TURD AND P.S. THE PROPECIA IS NOT HELPING YOUR BALD SPOT. YOU NEED TO SIGN THIS DOCUMENT FOR YOUR DIVORCE TO BE FINAL. AND YOU ARE A LIAR.
I could sign it wih my name and mail it to him....well, at least I can still make myself laugh.

Hey that sounds like a great idea, lol.
