My husband and I have been struggling since summer. I posted under cheating husbands because I thought that my husband was having an emotional affair. I still believe he was although I never found evidence. Things have been pretty vilotile since last summer. Anyway, he told the kids (4) and I , 2 weeks before Xmas, that he was filing for divorce. No separation just divorce. He wanted out because I was such a horrible wife. Last Thursday he was trying to negotiate custody, finances, etc. He was so happy and eager to move on. Friday he went to the dentist for a root canal and they had to extract his tooth. HIS FRONT TOOTH. Now he wants to stay until he can financially swing it. He set up the 5th BR as his room. He wont leave now. I feel sick all of the time. I hate him and want him to leave. This has been going on way too long. Thursday I was ready to move forward even sending a resume out for a new position within my company. NOw he wont leave because he has no tooth!!!! He denies that is why. I said it stinks, because he was so looking forward to being single (he's a good looking guy...not that that matters). WHAT DO I DO??? We cant afford a lawyer. How do I make him leave? I am in PA! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Setting up his "own room" also smacks of a guy who wants to leave but just can't quite get up the guts to go despite his bluster and confidence.
It appears you've been waiting around for him to do something so you can get on with your life. My advice? Get on with your life. Apply for that new position. How does his being in the
