Help: I filed and nothing is happening!

Hello,
I'm new to this site, and would really like some advice on how to get rid of my future X!
A little background; I have been married for 11 years (no kids), filed for divorce April 20th 2007.
My future X hired a lawyer from a firm that's known for they’re dirty tricks. He is passively contesting
the divorce, not disclosing financial statements, ect. He started moving money out of the joint
accts in 2005 (I filed when I found the part of the paper trail)

Wow, what a mess! I'm so sorry you're going through all this. Like as if the stress of divorce isn't enough. I would definitely have a talk with your lawyer and tell her that you aren't satisfied with her service and if she can't "hang with the big boys" then she isn't qualified in your book and you'll look elsewhere. Find out your rights and what the law says about what your X is doing. Interview some more lawyers and see what they can do for you. They shouldn't charge you for a consult. I hope things start going your way. Keep a positive attitude and research everything. Knowledge is power. Your X seems like he wants to play dirty, so the more you know, the more you'll be able to outsmart him.
Hang in there!
Thank you for your advice! It's good to know I'm not the only one going through this!
I talked to my attorney and I think she's finally understanding, I hope. But I will be
taking your advice and consulting another attorney, or two.
My future X is walking a fine line as far as the law is concerned, his name is on the
house and he has every right to be there. He actually has to get physical before anything
can be done to remove him. He told me his attorney informed him he had to come
home on the weekends. When my attorney inquired about this, his (attorney) just
denied it! I wonder who is telling the truth?
Again Thank You
