Okay, I know that this is totally off topic, but since this is the only board I read, and most of us are single parents, I have a situation that I don't know how to deal with.

Interesting.

I guess for me, I would talk to the kids mom or try like heck to keep my kids away from that boy. I dread the day my son comes home and tells me someone is making fun of him.

I have tried to teach my son when things are ok when they are not. My son is only 6, so he doesnt quite understand.

Oh boy I worry about this...... sigh.

I hope someone else has some more advice for you:)

Hugs to you sweetie.

I may get flamed for this one but it worked.

Talk to the boy and his mom. If that doesn't work, do you have any older kids in your family anywhere? When my youngest was being bullied on the way home from school by a boy, my 17 year old walked up the street we knew this was occurring on and threatened to "talk" to his mother. She also pointed out to all his friends that he was so scared of other boys he could only pick on little girls. Then she told him if he did it again she would make a citizen's arrest. LOL.

Funny. I talked to the mom before we did this and she told me to "deal with it." I talked to the school who said, "if it doesn't happen on school grounds we aren't responsible." But having a really pretty, young, petite teenager put him down in front of all the kids walking home did the trick.

Little kids of 8 or 9 worship teens. My daughter said all his friends kind of stepped away from him as she was talking. I think they all believed her too when she said she could do a citizen's arrest for aiding and abetting a felonious assault on a child under the age of 13 (or something like that.)

hope this helps.
