How do you separate if he won't leave?
| Mon, 03-20-2006 - 6:10pm |
My husband is out of town, and when he gets back, I want him to move out. It's not feasible for me to go - we have a huge family, and I homeschool the kids. I do have some income of my own from work I do parttime, but it's not much.
I am afraid my h will not leave. The last few days I've been trying to talk to him about this - but he is "too busy". I know he is just hoping that he will get back here and I will change my mind.
Have any of you dealt with this? What have you done to handle it?

Hugs, Brenda
I would definitely suggest contacting an attorney. I do know that either party can file a motion for exclusive use of the home, but I don't know any other specifics about it. Good luck!
You do need to talk to an attorney to find out exactly what you can... and can't do.
When I was divorcing... for the sake of convenience and finances.... we lived together until our marital home sold.... not always easy.... but we managed, and it really was the best financial option.
