If you have not already done so, start with an appointment with a marriage counselor. Very often, if you have the opportunity to discuss your differences with a professional counselor, you two may see ways to heal your marriage and repair it. If he won't go with you, go yourself.
Talking with an attorney will help to take away some of the emotions because you'll know "facts" and won't have to be worried about assumptions/threats/hearsay/etc.... and that makes dealing with the rest of the emotions much easier/less overwhelming.
