Thank you SO much for the advice on the settlment. I did change the dogs/vet thing - the issue is that i expect that he WILL have them at least 50% of the time, letting him take them on all dd's visitation & anytime extra- but i just feel the stability of them living with me, & dd, & a fenced in yard, w/ someone home all day & nite for them (i work eves & dd & siitter are here then) - instead of the dogs either being sepereated or sitting in his apt all day alone ... & in all honesty, i dont mind paying the vet bills (but a 3K one or soemthing, scares me!) & pretty much we both woudl be on the same page in what they needed (anything, unless there was no

I will. It goes to his atty today or tomorrow - we had to change a few things yesterday. I think though, that he is giong to flip about sole cusotody. & in some ways i feel badly b/c he WAS a good father. But so much changed the past year. I just truly feel his mental status has gone so downhill that i cant be sure he is safe to be responsible for her. & if i dont have sole, i cant insist on supervised visistation. & even WITH sole, once he seems sane & ok, & the therapist gives her consent, then he can have her a lot for visistation.

Oddly enough.... my attorney put "sole custody" in my paperwork... by mistake... and I didn't catch it .
