I did it!

Well I did it! I moved into my new place this weekend. It was the weekend from HELL! On Saturday morning I got up to find that when I tried to start my car it squirted gasoline everywhere. Nice! Had to get it towed to the dealership and then go rent a car. It is 5000 miles over the warranty and has been in the shop twice in the last 3 weeks, PERFECT! I hired a moving company to move me on Saturday between 2-4pm. They kept calling and running later and later, finally at 7pm I said forget it, just do it in the morning. So I finally got our stuff to my new apt about 2pm, unpacked until about 7pm, my mom brought Paige home, gave her a bath and then couldn’t find a bottle, she was throwing a hissy and refused to drink a sippy cup, so at 9pm last night we had to go to the store in our jammies and get a bottle. Finally got her to bed about 9:45, I was exhausted to I just went to bed too. About 2:30am she starts screaming, I had converted her crib to a toddler bed and she fell out of the bed! She just got in bed with me after that so we both went right back to sleep. I guess I will be putting the rail back on tonight. Anyway, I love my place, it's cute and most importantly quiet and peaceful!!! There was no yelling or fighting last night, I love it! And as crazy as this weekend was I feel so much lighter and relieved now that I have finally taken the first step. I have to mention that after picking up the rental car, I was alone in the car and I screamed as loud as I could a couple of times and I just felt the stress and tension building just go away! It was so amazing, I'm sure the people next to me at the stoplight thought I was crazy, but it was worth it. I'm sure this week will be busy with working and trying to get everything put away, but I'm actually looking forward to it! Thanks for the kind words last week I needed them!!
