I may have found "the" condo for us

As some of you know, since I have been separated (10/04, my girls and I have been CRAMMED into my parent's guest room. We put all of my furniture in storage in their garage, and the rest is pretty disasterous... perfect out of desperation when I left, but hell, it's been almost 18 months... time to go. One of the things keeping me from going is my boyfriend, with whom I've been "sort of future-planning". Anyways, things are still great with him, but he is not ready/able to sell his house (he's in the middle of an addition/remodel)in the time frame that I want/need to get out of my parents house... so, I've been looking at condos. Found a cute one today, in the town I want to be in (best schools) and reasonable price. Downfall? Kids keep sharing a room, it's only 2 bedroom, but I think the master bedroom would work OK for them. Bigger downfall? No washer/dryer hookup.. there are coin-ops in the building, but UGH... quarters are a pain!
Anyone have any advice or info about kids sharing a room? I mean, they have been now, but with me too, and it SUCKS... we have piles of rubbermaid boxes to the ceiling, we have a rolling rack garment for extra closet space, etc. They will have bunks, and a decent size slider-door closet. But pre-parents house, they had their own bedrooms, and actually each had their own playroom... yes, we are a happier family together and don't need the big fancy house to make us happy, but how small can we deal with?
I know I asked a lot of rambling questions, but just was looking for other's who have been or are in similar living arrangements.

I say.... let the girls share a room... the smaller room!
