My DH and I separated 15 days ago. He's been having emotional affairs for years I finally got the courage to say NO MORE !!
My DH is Bipolar and stopped taking his meds. in May.
What's getting to me is he's seeing other people already !!! I'm not really all that surprised but I am, do you know what I mean? All summer I've had a feeling he had another "girlfriend"
How do I move past this? I still love him, we were married 19 years, together for 23. He is the second man I was ever with, I was 20 when we met. I know I've made the right decision to end our relationship he was soooooooooo unhealthy.

Sending HUGS!
The hurts come in all shapes, sizes and times. Sometimes you are getting it all together and smack -- something hits you upside the head. Separation/divorce may be the healthiest choice in the long run, but there is a lot of loss to grieve along the way.
Distraction is good and so is volunteering or giving of self. I also found focus on my spiritual life helpful -- I can do this all a lot better with a little extra help iykwim.
Hugs again!
