I practically fell off my chair when I saw your post... but it sounds like the two of you had a great conversation... I hope that at the very least it is a rekindling of a friendship that is special to both of you... I'm just so tickled...
Ditto to that "falling out of my chair" thing that Julie said.... I seriously could see you taking off to Greece to see him!.... "come on Ave, we're taking another trip!"
The whole video web thing freaks me out, too..... but, Girl.... you're a knockout (if girls can say that about one another).... go get you a web cam!... and have fun!
OK, when I read the title of your post, I seriously thought you hopped a plane to Greece! And after looking at those pics, I wouldn't have blamed you ;) You two really do make a gorgeous couple. He strikes me as one of those people even if you never saw him again, you'd always cherish the time you had together. People like that are a gift...they truly are.
That reminds me of a wonderful poem I'm going to post!
I just returned from a fun camping trip with my new sweetie back East. We had such a blast and he took me sailing on his sailboat. He also took me on a quick trip to Venice (in Jan) and Paris (in Apr), so dreams really can come true....
