When I was in therapy, I came out of 9 out of 10 sessions feeling drained just like that. The tenth one, however, was the opposite.... I'd feel as light as a feather and ready to tackle the world! Just beware, they don't come in that order.... (9 hard, then one easy).
If I needed a cry, I'd watch a chick flick like The Bridges of Madison County and have a good cry!
