Truly I feel great. Need some input. STBX wants to refinance both homes to """SAVE""" $1208 per month for fifteen years = savings of over $217,000. But he won't be saving any money, so nothing for US to split, or so he told me. When he informed me that I must sign (only deed of trust, not the note $$$), silly me called my attorney, who wrote to his attorney. Those bad boys didn't do anything. I did request and receive a partially filled out mortgage application, unsigned and undated. Day for signing came and went. He calls next am and says, ""If you don't sign, I'll never talk to you again." Darn. If we were married I'd sign, no problem, wanted to regroup last year. Yeah, I'll probably go and sign tomorrow (have three days to resind decision so it's ok) cause I'm a good girl, maybe the judge will show wisdom in October and give more support. I'm a SAHM. I've told STBX what "no contact" means, asked only for important e-mails, etc, but he now calls and again threatens me. It must have been a great week while he was out of state cause I care alot less now, than five months ago. Maybe it's only springtime and I'm out of the house in my gardens, or the new meds to sleep, Trazodone, but THANK GOD for the change in my spirit.

Thank you all for your support and opinions. I will survive.

Have you spoken with your atty??? DO NOT sign any refinance until you speak with your atty. This could ultimately hurt you in the long run. DOnt do it!!!!

Let us know what happens!!

What a goof! I'd love it if my EX never spoke to me again.... except for the kids, of course.

Happy gardening!
