I need some more advice...What do I do if I just found out that my EX had a retirement plan from a company that he worked at while we were married. In our divorce settlement I did receive 1/2 of one retirement account and now I find out there was another one (don't ask how I found that out). I don't know what the value of that account is but I would have been entitled to half of it. Our divorce order clearly states that he was to give information on ALL assets. Yet, I find out 3 years after our divorce that there was another account. What do I do...call my worthless attorney?? Do have legal claims to this now? We were married for 11 years and have two children together. Thanks...any help appreciated.

You can call him back into court for 1/2 of whatever is in the 2nd account.

Yes, you are entitled to half of that as well (and he can be in big legal poo poo for not disclosing that at the time of your divorce... so HE could be liable for paying your attorney's fees to collect your half... and you could be entitled to more than half since he hid that from you).

Good luck!
