Did anyone happen to see this? (I missed the beginning) It aired sometime last week (I'm in Michigan). I was going to check PBS's website for other dates and times.
I almost lose it watching things like this. It tears me apart wondering how this all effects my son now and in the future. Don't most, if not all, parents want to do the right things for their children? Divorce is terrible for the adults involved; imagine what our kids are going through. Do we ever put ourselves in their place? From what I saw the program dealt with reducing conflict, shared custody and the legal system . The experts they had discussing these issues did seem to have vaild points and acknowledge that changes can be made.
How can you reduce conflict without the X partner or children hoping there will be reconciliation?
I could go on and on but I'll let everyone ponder that for now.
