Seriously is this man cuckoo??? I can't believe how some people are this dense, credit cards are the easiest thing to track. Its like my mom and dads friend. When he was divorced, he had to pay the mortgage on his exes house still because they only had 5 years left on the mortgage and then when the mortgage was paid off they had to sell the house and then sell it and they would split it 60/40. Well he would give her cash for the mortgage. My mom would tell him all the time, you should really give her a check or cashier's check so that its traceable so that you have proof that you paid her, oh no he said I trust her. Sure enough 6 months of paying her in cash the bank called him because she wasn't paying the mortgage, they go to court over it, court says, you paid cash, there is no proof, you owe back mortgage. He had to pay it all over again. He was so stupid. My mother told him cover your butt.

I mean seriously how stupid are people.

Why did your ex think that credit cards are untraceable???? everything you do with a credit card is trackable. I mean seriously. DUH!!!!! It really burns me that you have to pay for this mans medical stuff, that irks me though. I think its bull that you have to foot the bill for anything for him. He should be getting a jobby job, he's a friggin adult. UGGH! you have a small child, you shouldn't have to take care of TWO. One of which is full grown and fully capable of working a job of his own.

I'm so glad he was thrown out of the meeting. I hope you print out that email to take your lawyers to show the constant level of harrassment.

Is he crazy to think he's going to get a mortgage while on unemployment?

Aside from his craziness, it sounds like you are slowly but surely inching toward a settlement. When you have that final court date, you are going to feel wonderful. After a long, drawn-out divorce, it really does feel amazing. You'll be there, soon.
