Soooo, he drops our DD off tonight after visiting and stays for dinner (my fault I invited him b/c I have to take her back tomorrow to start her job (she just finished university)Bottom line, felt sorry for him and she wanted him to stay. Then drops the bomb that he is going to hold off signing over the house to me b/c it's an "incentive" to get back together ??????? Those of you who know my story know that I have been more than generous in our separation agreement, and I do need to be on my own because of what he has done in the past...now he drops this so...more $$$ to the lawyers... Frustrated for sure!
Thanks for the vent :)

Thanks klm
I hope I don't have to get into the whole legal thing. I am already involved with a lawyer but STBX has NO money. That's the ironic thing, he comes up here being all nice and asking what I need, but he clearly can't deliver!! If he goes after 1/2 the house, then he has another thing coming regarding finances b/c he hasnt paid anything in the past five months..Anyways, I have really good legal advice so will stand by that. Thanks for your support :)

This would be where I say.... "and why would you want to get back together with someone who doesn't want to be with you?

Thanks for your response Karen. As it turns out, it was his lawyer and my lawyer making arrangements to hold the house for ransom! Turns out he never even spoke to his lawyer about it, and has since directed her to withdraw everything regarding the separation. He has agreed to all of my conditions which is great.
I am ready to move on, but by myself right now, don't need a man in my life to feel fulfilled! My kids, horses and dogs are my life right now (well and my job which allows me to live!) I'm sure my time for peace will come :0
p.s. the co-hosting women for this site are amazing, thank you for your insight not only for my situation, but for all of the women here ((hugs))

Lawyers can be such idiots sometimes... I'm glad that you were able to talk to him and that you're both on the same page... if only for a moment :-)

Thanks for the complement.... just been around the block a few times (and remember how valuable this board was to me while I was circling the block and lost).
