Divorce is not one decision or one step. It's not over when you decide to leave a marriage or when you walk out the door or when the judge signs the papers. It's a process.
Anger is part of the process.
My suggestion? Channel your anger. It's energy you need to expend. Find a practical and CONstructive way to expend it. I took my anger to the gym. I sweated my anger out in aerobics, lifted weights, rode my bike for miles, swam laps, and ran. In the end, my anger helped me become a new person
