Now that I've moved and my mail has been forwarded I get junk mail for my ex. It's annoying, but I usually just toss it and it's a bit funny since he's never even stepped foot in my town and I get credit card offers for him near daily. Well today was the best. I got a BILL for his therapist! LOL! It wasn't forwarded either, but actually addressed to him at MY address. OMG. I wrote them a nice little letter stating that he's never lived here and I gave them his new address. I asked them to please not send me any more of his bills, especially considering he owes me money too - lol!

I love it.

I got a call from my stbx car loan company today regarding his late car payment. I politely told them that he no longer lives here and proceded to give them his cell phone number and his new girlfriends cell phone number. He's going to flip that I'm giving out his cell phone number. Hopefully he'll get on a bunch of solicitation lists and begin getting cold calls on his cell.

I get crap for my ex too and he's never lived in this house. Makes me insane, I used to give it to him, now it's return to sender all the way!

WARNING!!!!! Be very, very careful! In my state, it is against the law for me to give out "private information," IE, phone number, address, birthday, etc., to ANYONE. He could sue me for doing so.

Of course, it's NOT against the law for me to provide information on his wife. LOL Seriously, you should ask your attorney about this. It can have serious implications.

I'm not too worried about that. I would just act really surprised and say "I knew for sure that you would want these nice people to be able to reach you. I'm sure it was just an oversight on your part and I was trying to help you- You weren't trying to evade this debt, were you?" :)

Eh, I'm not worried. Not one little bit.
