Thankyou everyone. To answer everyone's questions, yes my daughter is in therapy, she had her 4th appointment today. She goes once a week. She did very good in her session today. It was the first time she talked about my husband. She told her therapist that she would fine if she never had to see daddy (my husband was the only father my daughter has ever known) ever again and she didn't have to her (the therapist) anymore. But she did say after her appointment that she felt better. She is doing really good now though. She has a friend at our new house that comes over way to much, but I wont complain about it.
I do have my stepson every weekend and sometimes a few days out of the week. But I unfortunately can not take all of the legal steps to protect him like I can my daughter and his mother keeps forgetting, so she says. She has never been a very good mother, but
DHS is heavily involved so she has to be the one to take all the steps and won't do it.

As for me I can not afford to put myself in therapy right now. I have not worked in 4 years so all the money I have is what I took from the bank when I left and I can probably live for another 2 months, which should give me time to find a job but there is not a lot left over for anything that is not top priority. I know things will get better, it would help if the district attorney would get everything straight and get this trial going so we can actually move on and start our lives, but we can't do that until this is all over.

Thanks so much everyone,

hi and hugs! I am glad your dd is in therapy - its sounds to me like you are a strong woman with a strong dd and hopefully she will be ok. I hope that you can find the way to go to therapy yourself , maybe at least a support group at first until you start working and can get to a therapist.
