2. That I finally had the nerve to end all the misery. He's gone and life is soooo much better for us all.
3. Spring! There is nothing like the warm sunshine pounding on my face as I shared a picnic lunch with my 2 yo today.
Also I am thankful to Christine for posting this. It's so easy to get caught up in the negative things. It's wonderful to take a moment to reflect on all the good things too.
1. I am thankful, thankful, thankful for my beautiful children!
2. I am thankful for being a woman of wisdom and grace.
3. I am thankful for chocolate ice cream and the pool in my yard! (which I plan on getting in real soon!) Oops! That's four things...is that allowed? :)
1. My husband (I wish I met him 20 years ago) and my family (2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bird, 1 rabbit and 1 hamster).
2. My health.
3. My home, all the work I have put into it was not lost because I was able to keep it after the divorce. Plus, now I actually have a husband who supports me, helps me and takes pride in our home.
1.That dd started counseling just a week ago and i can see a change in her already and we are getting along much better. 2.That I finally decided to put the house up for sale and move and after some looking but not a whole lot I found a townhouse that is bigger and newer and just as nice as our house.Its a $100 more a month but I dont care dd and I are worth it.3.That after a year im finally moving on and not thinking about what stbx and gf are doing every waking minute of the day I just dont care as much.4.That I have lost weight and look better than I have in years.5.That I have wonderful friends and family supporting me through this and that I met a great new friend through the divorce care group and she has been my greatest support and also all the great advice I have received on this board.This is really fun I dont want to stop it really makes me stop and think when im being negative how great things really are.Thanks justice
