I am absolutely at the end of my rope right now. I'm pretty sure I'm going to break up with the man I've been seeing. He's wonderful, but if I'm going to be in a relationship, I need more than he can give me. He's going through an awful divorce and has 4 kids he wants custody of, so it's stressful and time consuming and he doesn't have time or emotional energy for me when I want/need it.

Go ahead and cry sweetie, sometimes you just have to throw in the towel on being strong. Let it out.....

Sounds like things are piling up and everyone has those days... do something for you. Find time alone, sit in the tub....

I used to take HOT showers. I would just stand in there and think.

Hugs to you and good luck with everything you have on your plate.

A quick update on the vacation time $ situation. I just got off the phone with the labor board and they said that in Illinois, not only do they have to pay me for the week I had approved, but for every hour I've accrued! YAY!

Okay, I've got more updates...

With K, things are still going. The truth is I'm absolutely crazy about him. The times he doesn't call or show he's dealing with family issues. He has four kids and he's going through a terrible divorce. He's still in the house with his stbx although they've been seperated for two years. It's ugly, he had to call the police on her the other day, she's become abusive toward her older children and neglectful to the younger ones. I understand why he is needed with them and when I look on it objectively, I'm happier with him giving me what he can rather than not having him in my life at all. I'm independant and busy enough on my own with my kids, so it's not over. That's best for now.
