Go to counseling before you even consider living under the same roof again. What are her motives for moving home? What has/can change to make the relationship better this time around? A professional can help you with those things. Good luck!
You talk about your wife moving in with the neighbor after leaving you and your children?? I don't see how couseling could ever make up for that stab in the back. How are your kids? I'm sure they might benefit from talking to a professional just to get their feelings heard. Good luck to you and your family. I'm sure you will find a way out of this.
