He is delinquent $1395.00 and he is asking for CS to be lowered.

He has no home payment or rent he lives with both of his sisters and believe me he pays NOTHING they will go without before they ask him for CRAP. He has a 2004 brand new chevy pick up, which he requested as much time during the week with our DD and was given 2 days a week for visitation plus every other weekend (he chose to move 1hr away from DD) and now he is only down to one day a week because he can't afford gas $ (ok cool I hear ya on that so fine) but he drives up here to play darts, he has another kid which the mom and him are together but she lives with her parents and stays with his sisters or wherever he is at the moment so neither one of them have to pay utilities like the real world, she gets assistance from the state for her child and I don't qualify for NOTHING, but I work 2 jobs to take care of MINE. My heating bill is on a budget program not assistance but one payment all winter long and if I owe more by spring I have to pay it in full and my payment plan is $142/mo. I pay all of my own bills maybe NOT on time but I pay them because I only make $11/hr, still have the pay babysitter even if she doesn't go but I knew that when I started taking her there when she was 3 months old and truly she isn't as expensive as other daycares. I also pay for my childs lunch at school (don't qualify for reduced lunch) $1.75 a day and I sometimes pack her lunch, have to take her snacks 2/mo for 30 kids, and continously buying her MAKE UP CLOTHES FOR THE CLOTHES HE NEVER SENDS BACK!!! Yes I did what alot of your great parents suggested, putting names in the clothing, sending her with goodwill clothing, sending her back in what he sends her home in and STILL when she comes home she comes home in something he just found hanging left over from his niece and she looks like a TURD IN A PUNCHBOWL. Do I think she needs to be in Tommy Jeans and Calvin Klein top?? No but I do think a orange shirt doesn't have to be put with flood purple pants or too tight jeans cutting into her gut!!! Oh and yes he planned a nice trip for his dart leagues to Las Vegas - we live in Michigan. But he is the first to jump right on putting his claim in when he has our DD for more than 6 consecutive nights for his credit. He isn't that eager to pay his child support. I didn't set up this child support amount the court did. I am supposed to pay the first $289 of her medical bills (co-pays, prescriptions) and keep receipts of it to prove I paid for it and then after the $289 he picks up 40% and I am responsible for 60%. I pay for her health care covereage $214 a month (which is going up January 1st about $60 more dollars a month but I have to turn in my proof within one week) for her and I (she has kidney reflux) I have to make sure I have insurance for her. He has no insurance and he pays a portion of her premium like $15. But I still have to pick up all the left over.

I will take care of my DD but Gosh darnit -- what does he think he is doing when he pays $200 here and $195 here. Oh yeah that money comes in handy and I use it FOR OUR DD. Used it to buy mittens for the ones that he lost the 1st she had it. Michigan is really cold here. WEnt to the dollar store and bought some gloves -- big deal but did he do it NO!

He has sent her home to me in the summer without ANY SHOES becasue he couldn't find them. They were flip flops go to the dollar store and get her some?!!!

But he has tons of cash for his $7 two packs a day smoke habit, his $ for dart and pool leagues, $ for his other child but I am greedy!!!

GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!

He sounds like a real piece of work..... and unless he has substantial, valid reasons for needing support reduced, he's probably wasting his money going back to court.
