My boyfriend and I have broken up and I would like to get him back. He is having an issue with the trust I have for him. I have realized that it’s a problem and would like to change if he ever decides to give me that chance. These trust issues were instilled on me in the beginning of our relationship and have progressed since than. He finally became fed up and now states that he doesn’t think he wants to be in a relationship anymore. What can I do to help myself and possible show him that I’m worth that 2nd chance?

"This ha happend on more than one occassion with me snooping and at least two other girls."

I don't think the issue here is your level of trust (or more appropriately, distrust)--it's your lack of self-esteem, and your failure to value yourself.

Well, you can actually go into therapy. Tell him you're serious about working through your trust issues, your realize it has nothing to do with him, and in fact, you're going to a well trained professional to help you get through them. That shows true committment to change. If he still doesn't want to get back after that, there's nothing you can do - except to actually go to therapy and work through the issues for your own sake and for the sake of your next relationship, which will be so much better because of it.

All good wishes,

Here's another thread to consider.... read all the replies - it has to do with attention.
