I am 15 and how do I assure my 18 year old boyfriend that it is okay for us to be together.

Well, it depends on what his concerns are. Also, what exactly do you mean by "be together"?
Could you write a bit of a story for us please.
So, he's not your boyfriend yet.
>>but he doesn't want to date me because he is 18 and I am 15. I mean I want to date him and start a relationship but I don't know how to assure him that I can be trusted with keeping what ever happens in our relationship between just us<<
One of the things you'll learn as you get more dating experience: When a guy gives you a number of reasons as to why dating isn't a good idea - it means he doesn't want to date you. His reasons shouldn't be viewed as problems to be solved - they're simply the reasons why he doesn't want to do it. Or they may not even be the real reasons!
Let this one go. He only wants to be friends...at least for now.
Welcome to the board outoftheboxfall06,
He's right to have concerns. Even if you keep whatever happens between you, your parents might assume a whole lot and charge him later on down the line.
Your age difference could be illegal in your state and could get in trouble with the law. If you really like him, I doubt you want to see him in jail or worse.
Plus if he doesn't want to date you, than why pressure him. Find someone who WANTS to date you. Someon that you don't have to convince.
