I worked with a guy for 5years he was married and we became good friends, but I would not be with him while he was married. He separated a year ago and we started sleeping together.

Why do you want to be with someone who doesn't know what he wants yet obviously doesn't want a commited relationship with you? He comes back to you because you let him. Stop taking his calls and meeting him. He isn't boyfriend material.

Welcome to the board bigheart2008,

Every time he contacts you, you HOPE he now wants what you want and you take his calls, have coffee, etc.

THanks thats what I am trying to do. Its difficult because we started out as such close friends. He was my best guy friend. I know thats what I have to do but I do it thinking he will see what he is missing.

Well here's the latest on my situation. I have not contacted him, no text, call or email. Today I get an email from him about business (we both work in the same industry) thing is it was a stupid email in other words he emailed me about hiring someone he KNOWS I don't need. I deleted the email.

Men like him seem to enjoy the chase, they like what they cannot have and when they have it, usually find something wrong, so they can then be free to chase again. This is an unstable person and if you wish to be involved in an unstable, disturbing relationship then he's the one. If not, pay no attention to his communications, but find someone who you can truly build a relationship with, who will treat you with respect and love you. Why waste your time with anything else?

All good wishes,

No, I'd not guess that he's stupid, more like not respectful of your feelings and request for No Contact because right now he only cares about his feelings.
