Best friend/ more than friend

So, I've know this girl almost 7 years and we're best friends. We met back in Junior High and use to always flirt but I never said anything about my feelings. So years of flirting later (12th grade), I finally realized that I love this girl and we finally talked about how we felt about each other, however, I never told her that I "Love her" just I had feelings. Turns out she also had feelings, but she was now in a relationship. We continued to be friends but never talked about our feelings too much, just more flirting. Summer after high school we had an intense "make-out" session but that was it. We only talked once or twice first year of college but then second year we talked nearly every week. Turns out she wasn't real happy with her relationship (they now live together). Her relationship continues to have ups and downs and we always talk about what-if's and having sex but she doesnt want to cheat. Sometimes we talk about her leaving him but she doesnt and I'm continually waiting. I've mentioned that it isn't fair and questioned if she can really love me if she won't leave him then she gets mad and says that just because shes with someone else doesnt mean her feelings aren't true. What should I do? Should I make her choose? or should I just walk away completely? I mean she's still my best friend and we talk about everything together, Even girls I'm dating(she's always jealous). Thanks for the advice!

I'm thinking you need to work on your self esteem.

The fact that you accept the crumbs she throws at you, not to mention her jealousy when you see someone else...it really shows that you need to expect more for yourself.
