We;ve been together long distance for a little more than two years. We had a long talk and broke up. But I wasnt in the right mind set for a break up. Its been a little over a month and he's not talking to me and it hurts so much. Like I feel physical pain. I'm trying to save this before its too late.
no its not a break. We've had breaks before, and they suck.
I just want to know if there is anything that I can say or do to change his mind. I dont know if I've done what I could have and he's just being an ass.
He's being an ass because he doesn't want to be in a relationship with you anymore. Sorry, PMS or not, whether or not you were in the "right mindset" for a breakup that's what happened and he doesn't want you anymore.
If time away from you doesn't make him want you back then nothing will. Continuing to try to get through to him makes you look selfish and needy, and really, if you've already gone through breaks before then you should probably start to accept that this one is for good. I'm sorry but it's too late. There is no possibility of a relationship with someone who doesn't want to be with you.
Sorry to be harsh but it kind of sounds like you need it.
Welcome to the board blanket_hog,
I think it depends on the situation... like is he still talking to you, hanging out? Are you married or single? Living together or not?

I'm guessing anything you try to say will only push him away further.
