I have been casually dating this guy for about 13 months when we got into a huge fight and decided to break up.

I once went to a counselor who told me talking about the same problem every day doesn't help to fix it.

Welcome to the board portia07,

Giving someone 2 days to fix the problems in a relationship is very unrealistic. It simply can't be done. Also why is it you that have to fix the problems. This is something that should done together as a couple.

I think you should give him to space right now. When he is ready he will come to you.

If the problem is his fear of committment, how are you supposed to fix it in two days?

If he wants to get over his fear of commitment then it's going to either take some counseling on his behalf, or time. Although I will say that if you know he has a fear of commitment and you want it soon, then he's probably not the best guy to wait around for. Wanting to go out with the guys doesn't indicate a fear of commitment though, that's just a lifestyle he enjoys whether or not he's committed to you officially or not.
