Are the two of you doing anything to work on your marriage? Like dating, counseling, etc? If not, than the relationship isn't going to get any better.
I have to say at this point though it doesn't seem that she is interested in making the marriage work. She got used to feeling like she was single while you were deployed, and she liked it.
No, we haven't tried anything, she didn't like the idea of counseling at all. We were supposed to try dating, but then when i moved out, she never wanted to go out. Honestly i think she has maybe found someone else already, or is wanting to.

Sorry you have to go through this.

In order for things to get better, both of you have to be willing to put forth an effort to fix things. It doesn't appear she is willing to do that.
I would sit down with her and ask her if she still wants to be married to you.

Welcome to the board gerylisconfused,
::should I just give up, do you think she is lying to me, do you think she has been cheating.
From all you've written, my answer to all three questions would be Yes.
