Some people are there for the bad times, some for the good times and some are there for both.

Based on what you posted, if he is fragile emotionally then he is not going to be "there" for anyone.

When something is bothering you and you don't tell someone but still expect them to know that you need support for it, that is a SECRET EXPECTATION.

Sorry, I mean I agree with the rest of your post and definitely think this is not a man who can offer support, but I have to state that when you keep secrets from someone you cannot expect to get the results you want.

I hope you are still doing ok. I know how agonizing it is to want to talk to him so badly only to hit a wall. Honestly, many men claim they are "honest" but when it comes to breaking up with someone, very few can do it with out using some kind of argument as a platform to spring the end of things onto the other. Its just easier to say everything is fine than speaking the truth.

The best you can do now is exactly what you are doing. Leave him be and if he comes back then its meant to be.

True, if you dont tell anyone what is bothering you then you cant fault them for not being able to read minds.
