eHarmony question

I bought the book "Dates...or Soul Mates?" by Dr. Neil Clark Warren of eHarmony. In it he describes the necessity of identifying 10 "Must Haves" and 10 "Can't Stands". According to what I understood, you should find a mate who meets all these criterion in order to establish a solid relationship. Have any of you heard this? Do you have any feedback or opinions? It sounds interesting but I'm not comfortable being so rigid.

Thanks in advance,

Gail

I think his books are great and right on (and I think eharmony is great in concept but doesn't work well in execution, unfortunately).

A friend of mine signed up for E-harmony. They picked a guy for her who was really into working out and was a financial advisor. She is very overweight and just filed bancruptcy because she owed $40,000 in credit card debt. Needless to say they had nothing in common.
