I know that many women here who are trying to navigate a "too good to leave, too bad to stay" relationship will see themselves in this article. It can be very tempting to look at the small details in your relationship, but maybe reading this article will help you to see the bigger picture. Good relationships don't need "saving", they are built on a strong foundation that, even though it requires effort, you can rely on. You shouldn't have to sacrifice happiness for a relationship, relationships are supposed to ADD to your happiness. I found this article to be 100% spot-on, and if you liked it, read the rest of the series at the bottom :) I wish everyone here happiness in love, and if you don't have that, then I wish you strength in leaving it!!

Good articles crab. Basically I think a woman will put up with a lot more from a man in her 20's or 30's than she would in her 50's or 60's. As you get older your standards get higher and I think most women would rather be alone than with a man that doesn't meet her requirements in a mature relationship.
