Something about Friday nights isn't right. I would be suspicious, too. It's fine to have a night out with friends without your partner, but he's sneaking around about something.
To me I don't see someone that is cheating, I just see someone that is tired of being asked if they are cheating. I could be wrong though. Do you have any other reason to think he might be cheating on you?
Could it be that he thinks you're accusing him of something and he's afraid that you always think he's doing something?
I say that because my husband had a wife and girlfriend that was that way.

Welcome to the board laincondicional,
Well, my advice might sound odd, but I'd stop contacting him on Friday nights and stop asking him about it.
Have you ever seen a therapist about your jealousy problems? It will follow you with every relationship.
He may very well be cheating and you need to find out but short of following him on a Friday evening
It doesnt look good for him to be mysteriously out of commission on Friday nights.
"So I figure the same way he was messing with her and seeing me he could be doing the same thing to me.
