Welcome to the board marielle2005,

You are entitled to want children.

Welcome to the board marielle2005,

It appears that the two of want completely different things. You want children and he doesn't. Unless one of you is willing to compromise (which doesn't seem likely), I don't see this leading to marriage.

"unless he compromise"

Neither of you should.
If he compromises it's because he feels forced, and he will resent you, and your relationship will end.

Having kids vs. Not having kids is not a difference that ever works out, if you can't agree on this then you should break up now and spare yourself a lot of heartache. I'm sorry.

Why he should be force on the first place? When everything is gonna be up to him to work things out.
