I'm really sorry about what happened.

"Can I pack his things and tell him I will leave them at the front desk?"
That would be fine. In fact I think it's best.

Welcome to the board alias9601,

Nothing wrong with leaving them at the front desk if you don't want to see him.

Welcome to the board alias9601,

I think you have several options. Pack up his things and leave them at the front desk or pack them up and have one of his friends come and get them. Or if packing them up is too hard for you see if one of his friends can come up and pack up his stuff and take it.

Firstly, I am sorry you've had to go through this jarring and painful experience, but it's better that you found out about him before the wedding. He seems to be somewhat out of touch with reality. There's no need for you to play his game or to see him. It's perfectly appropriate to pack up his clothing and other things and leave them at the front. Let him pick them up when you're not there, or in a way that you do not have to see him. He can act as though you were roomates, but there's no reason for you to join him in his denial of reality. If it's over, it's over and you are behaving wisely to cut this completely.

I wish you all the best in the future.
