How often are friends involved?

I am trying to figure out how much time other couples out there spend time with friends? I was with an ex who hardly ever hung out with friends and didn't have any and now I have a new boyfriend who has a lot of friends that he hangs out with all the time so I'm kind of in a different change right now. I have few friends and I rarely get to see them because of our busy schedules with work and schooling and such that it is difficult to find times when we are not all busy. My bf and I hang out with a couple and that works out good because I find it more fun to hang out with another couple. He has a friend that is a bum and doesn't have a job or car so he wants to constantly hang out. I feel weird sometimes because I don't have as many friends or I can't see my friends as often as my boyfriend can see his. My boyfriend does include me so that is good I am just curious to know how much time other couples spend with their friends? I feel unnormal unmost but I like my life the way it is. We are the type of couple that does things together and hang out with other people together so I'd like to know how others operate on this topic.

Perhaps the reason your boyfriend always include you because neithe he nor his bum friend has a car (and you do)?

Well I can give my boyfriend slack because he helps pay insurance on my car each month. My boyfriend doesn't use me for my car as he lives a few blocks from work and usually walks. If I'm uncomfortable with him using my car to go somewhere then I will let him know and he won't be able to go where he wants because it's my car.

Stephanien, what others do really has no bearing on what's right for you.

Not that there's a limit on how many times you can post, but you made three separate posts about the same guy today and it would be really helpful/less confusing if you could keep all the information to one thread. That way no one is missing any of the information they might need to respond.

Thanks. They were just three kind of separate questions I had.
